Translate Your Contracts into Your Native Language

Always translate your contracts to your native language, a legal document gives every word an important meaning which can generate important problems in the future.
Another way is to go to your Lawyer to check it but the important issue here is your lawyer's capability on explaining whole details of the contract in your language to your side.
This issue is vital please do not hesitate to proceed it.

Make your Payments to The Landlord's Name in The Contract

Be sure you paid your deposit and monthly rental money directly by bank to the name of your Landlord.
If you pay it to the name of some other mediator staff you may be facing double payment if any complaint occurs.
Keep your bank receips with you until the end of your tour in Turkey.

Home or Other Contracts

Before signing your home contracts, make your lawyer check it, it is vital in İstanbul, keeps you away from financial/Law  dangers and keeps you money.
First rule to follow is; do not sign any yearly increase in your foreign currency ground  contracts.
If you signed it, contact your lawyer to take it back.
